Christina Morgan Cree is a Bay Area based women’s designer with a “wide and
varying range of design from high art to office chic.” Her designs range from
couture and evening wear, to tailored and structured, to casual, curve-hugging
knitwear. Wearable art is also a passion and so is working with recycled
materials.
She has shown her designs at art galleries, museums, and at fashion shows to
crowds of over 2000. She studied fashion design and pattern making at FIDM in
SF.
“My designs combine classic lines with a bit of whimsy. I like to play with
contrast and shape-sometimes exaggerated shape, but never going over the edge. I
utilize texture and color and detail to create a perfect balance between
structure and fluidity. Wearability is very important to me. So is comfort. I
create beautiful clothes that feel good and are easy to
wear.” ~Christina
